GUIDELINES FOR IMLEMENTING ALTERNATE SATUREDAYS WORKING

1. Implementing a system where every employee gets two Saturdays off in a month can be
achieved through a rotating schedule. The objective of this initiative is to provide every employee
with two Saturdays off in a month while also conserving resources such as electricity, food charges
for employees, and fuel consumption on transportation of the female employees / miscellaneous
administrative duties.
2. Month Schedule:

a. Week 1: Saturday: Off (First Saturday of the month).

b. Week 2: Saturday: Group A works, Group B is off.

c. Week 3: Saturday: Group B works, Group A is off.

d. Week 4: Saturday: Regular working day for all departments (Fourth Saturday of the month).

3. Scheduling Process:

a. Divide the employees in each department into Group A and Group B as evenly as possible,
ensuring that there is an equal distribution of skills and responsibilities between the two
groups.

b. Assign Group A to work on the 2nd, while Group B works on the 3rd.

c. Ensure that the workload is evenly distributed between Group A and Group B so that the
50% strength requirement is met.

d. The rotation should ensure that every employee gets two Saturdays off in a month.

e. Make sure that the office space is predesignated and allocated to each department in Phase
8 and GT Road after a through deliberation. GM Sales at Bahria Enclave to ensure minimum
possible use of the ACs.

Group A: Employees who will work on the Second Saturday of the month.
