Dear Mr. Bijan Mohapatra

This has reference to the interview conducted at Bhubaneshwar on 28th Apr 2016. We are pleased to
appoint you as a ‘Site Engineer’ with following terms & conditions:

Company Name : INE Value Creators & Consultants P Ltd,

Company Address : Sudarshan Nivas, New boiguda, Secunderabad-03, Telangana

Designation : Site Engineer

Joining Date : 9th May 2016

Office Time : 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Location : Bhubaneshwar (ORRISA)

Project : RAPDRP-CESU

Salary Break-up : Rs. 10,500/- p.m. consolidated,

Salary Inclusive of the following Fixed Expenses:-

1. Rs 2000/-p.m towards the Local Conveyance / Petrol

Charges.
2. Rs 500/- p.m towards the Mobile charges

Other benefit excluding of Salary which are Fixed:-

1. During errections you will be given Rs 200/- Per day as a

special allowance.
2. Accidental Insurance policy / health insurance policy for the

value of 1 Lakh after completion of 3 months.

Responsibility : As a ‘Site Engineer’ your responsibilities are hereunder:

1. Survey: –
 a. Detail survey for the lines to be done as per the
prescribed format given by company.
b. Sending the detail to the head office in defined
format.

2. Pre installation work:

a. Any pre-installation work needed to be identified
and completed prior to arrival of material.

3. Getting shut down-

a. Advance requisition to be given to department and
ensuring of getting shut down as per the installation
plan / schedule.

4. Installation:-
a. Advance arrangement of manpower /contractor /
machines / equipment / Line clearance / any other
required clearance.
b. Proper supervision of work as per drawing /
instructions.
c. Ensuring of the installation as per the drawing /
instruction given by the General Manger Tech.

5. Troubleshooting:
a. Any technical issue to be addressed with proper
troubleshooting.

6. Testing:
a. Site acceptance testing to be done and certificate to
be obtained from the concern engineer of
department.

7. Handing over:
a. Immediate after SAT handing over to be completed

8. Co-ordination:
a. Proper co-ordination to be done among department,
contractor, Head Office.

9. Reporting:
a. Daily reporting to be done along with proper
planning.

10. Testing / site visit to be conducted as and when its required.

Appointment Conditions :
1. You will be on Probation for first 6 months.

2. After successful completion of probation period you will be

given the confirmation for continuation with eligible of paid
leave etc.

3. All documents submitted against confirmation letter is being

treated as true and any discrepancy found after verification
would be lead to termination of the job.
 2. Any other work can be allocated as and when required by the
company time to time.

3. You may relocate to different cities based on the project and

requirement of the company.

4. You may also require visiting Head office time to time for
any discussion with management and training purpose.

5. You may need to work as per the deadline of the project and
complete accordingly.

Special Conditions :
1. During working with us you will not be carrying out any
activities, which are not in the interest of our
organization directly or indirectly.

2. For any absence during the probation, the salary will be

deducted and For continuous three (3) days absence without
any intimation to office, the services will be terminated
without any prior notice.

3. Management has right to terminate services with prior

notice of one month and responsibility may change based on
the requirement of the company.

4. Service Bond to be signed with company for the period of

two years.

The acceptance of the appointment letter should be sent immediately.
