Dear Governor,

Greetings of Peace and Joy,

We, the BTLED – HE & IA II, would like to ask permission from your office to
collect fifty pesos (Php 50.00) from each student of the said class/section for the preparation
of the upcoming Teachers Day Celebration that will be held on October 05, 2022.
Our target budget for this activity will be a total of Php 1, 050.00. If there will be an
extra left, please allow us to use it for the following activities or any other purposes needed in
our class. We planned that we will collect the said amount on October 04, 2022.
Please let us know if there is any other information you need regarding this matter.
