    Dear Mr & Mrs Chawira

    REF: NOTICE TO VACATE PREMISES FOR RENOVATION PURPOSES

    I am writing to provide you with 45 days’ notice of your upcoming eviction from day of receipt
    of this letter. Thus, we request that you vacate by the 31st of January 2023. You have been a
    stellar tenant, and we were happy to have you at our property. However, extensive renovations
    are required for the cottage you currently occupy. The property needs to be vacant for the
    duration of the renovation.
