This is to formally request the cancellation of our Barangay Business Clearances for Odessa’s
Commercial Space Rental and Remperas Apartment. The said establishments halt its
operation for repairs due to water damages last rainy season.

In addition, we have also decided to unify the above-mentioned permits and accordingly
apply compliances under business trade name Dhezka House Space Rental as these will be
under my daughter’s ownership instead.

Should you be needing additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out on my

governance over our Barangay flourished even more.

Dear Engr. Dumlao

This letter is to formally notify you of my concern over the agreement we had on the lot 1441
titling facilitation services you offered to me for Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱
250, 000.00) and that you will be able to procure the said title within two months. Now, it has
been more than a year and series of broken promises.

That being said, we will be seeking a total refund of the amount, the Two Hundred and Fifty
Thousand Pesos (₱ 250, 000.00) as reflected on the receipt I have on file, if the title is still not
available on 18th of February 2024, as what you have mentioned to me on our recent
conversation. Please also consider that aside from the above-mentioned property, I still have
three other pending titling facilitation services solicited from you which also requires
commitment of dates of accomplishments, Lot 1304 with an area of 16, 228 sqm, and its
accretions, with total areas of 390 sqm and 720 sqm. Attached herewith is the spreadsheet of
the facilitation services and its fees that I have given to you.

I hope that this is clear and fair for both of us.
