SK RESOLUTION NO. 10 - 2021

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN CY
2020 IN ADDITION OF PLAN UNDER, GENERAL ADMISTRATION, HEALTH AND EDUCATION PLAN OF
BARANGAY BAGONG BUHAY, ORMOC CITY.
WHEREAS, the SK Council appropriated the amount of P470,000.00 from Peace Building & Security to
Purchase of ICT Equipment, Rechargeable Emergency Lamps and Furniture & Fixtures, the amount of P
160,000.00 from Environment Program to Purchase of Hygiene/Sanitation Supplies , and the amount of
P170,000.00 from Active Citizenship Program to Distribution of School Supplies Program as Supplemental Budget
Youth Investment Plan of 2020 for the appropriation as follows;
MOEE
PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT P 190,000.00
PURCHASE OF RECHARGEABLE EMERGENCY LAMPS P 70,000.00
FURNITURE & FIXTURES P 210,000.00
PURCHASE OF HYGIENE/SANITATION SUPPLIES P 160,000.00
DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES P 170,000.00
TOTAL P 800,000.00
WHEREAS, the Supplemental Budget Youth Investment Plan shall take effect upon the approval of the SK
Council.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the SK Supplemental Annual

Budget Youth Investment Plan CY 2020 in the amount of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 800,000.00) of
 Barangay Bagong Buhay, Ormoc City and submit to the City Planning Office and Budget Officer for review.

RESOLVED, FURTHER , to furnish copies of this resolution, one each to the City Planning Office, City
Mayor’ Office, City Accountant, and other offices concerned all of the Ormoc City.
