According to some researches, maintaining cleanliness is essential for the productivity and mental health of a
person. It can uplift someones mood, relax and stress free. But somehow, it is very hard to clean and maintain it
always due to heavy workload and commitments, so hiring professional help is the key to the problems.

So, because of that demand, we decided to build a cleaning service as answer to those demand. Since many
buildings, houses, schools, establishment yung mga nagsisipaglabasan sa Baliwag City. In order to start the
business, they combined their resources, and started to offer to friends family and neighbors. Then, after
magkaroon ng Covid 19, napansin namin na mas naging malinis at maingat yung mga tao para makaiwas sa
virus, so we decided to start offering sanitation and disinfection and deep cleaning.

Background of the Business owner


One of the founder of spark clean. Graduated from Marian College of Baliuag major in FM. Nagstart yung
passion niya sa pagiging malinis at masinop when she turns 18 and also with the influence of her mother.

In order to provide high quality service, we search for reputable suppliers that would give good quality supplies.
First, ecobudget corp, which provide eco friendly, budget friendly and all natural and organic. Second, chemlux
incorporated been popular to different famous enterprise such as jollibee, ascott international, starbucks. Their
solutions also is made of natural products which protect environment and people from harsh chemicals. Third,
Hamo industrial trading, for supplying us the hostipal grade disinfection, lastly rcs supermarket for supplies
such as the broom, dustpan, brushes. We will order monthly for restock of our supplies. And this can be
ordered through online and delivered directly in the office every end of the month, and the number of stocks na
bibilhin is nakadepende sa number of stock sa inventory room. This is applicable to our 3 suppliers except the
RCS. Sa rcs mismong employee directly mag purchase ng supplies sa physical store.
Social Media
It is our primary advertising strategy. We will create social media accounts on fb, ig, tiktok and websites for us
to build brand awareness and access wide range of customers. With these we can answer to all inquiries, and
gain more bookings. We can share to our accounts the before and after photos of our cleaning works. Also the
feedback of our customers.

Flyers
We will conduct traditional marketing campaign which is pagbibigay sa mga streets ng flyers also, door to door
distributions of flyers sa mga villages, subdivisions. Indicated sa flyers yung location, services offered, social
media accounts, contact number and office hours.

Sales Projection 2024

• November and Dec, for preparing for christmas and new year, filipinos are known to give extra effort during
this holiday para na rin sa mga guest nila.

Aside sa mga flyers, posters and signages, social media, and website namin, we also offer referral discount para
dun sa mga nagrecommend samin once na nag avail yung pinag recommendan nila they will receive a 10%
discount and 10% discount for the first 10 person.
