AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

married, and residents of Tungod, Inabanga, Bohol & Cogon, Inabanga, Bohol,
respectively, to look for buyer of THE PORTION of a parcel of land particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land LOT 000, Cad 990-D, Case 11, situated in the Barangay of Ubujan,
Municipality of Inabanga, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, bounded as follows:

SE: LINE 1-2 by Nahawan River ; SW; LINE 2-3 by Lot 836 ; NW: LINES 3-
4-5 by National Road; NE., NW., LINES 5-6-7-8 by Lot 834 ; NE., CORNER 8
is common to corner 3 of Lot 831 ; SE., : LINES 8-9-1 by Lot 830, ALL Cad-
990-d, Case 11. Containing a total area of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY (52, 330) SQUARE METERS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The PORTION that is subject to sell is only NINETEEN THOUSAND (19,000)

SQUARE METERS - LOT 000-A.

2. The negotiable selling price of the above-described real property is SEVEN MILLION
PESOS ONLY.

3. The seller shall give 500 square meters as broker’s / agent’s commission from Lot
000-B.

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.
