With the theme, “Indigenous Youth as Agents of Change for Self-
Determination” this celebration which will culminate on October 20, 2023 hopes to
empower the Isneg spirit to become efficient in the current trend of the global
community by holding wholesome activities and contests that capacities global
skills and empower cultural upbringing.
