We are a Grade 10 RD1- Optimistic student researcher of Ligao National High School.

We are writing to formally request permission for students to travel to the Department of Science

and Technology Region V (DOST) in Legaspi to look for a qualified scientist.

The proposed trip is scheduled on March 14, and we shall be accompanied by Fernando

R. Arnesto, father of Ma. Vina Fernanda O. Arnesto. In addition, the safety and well-being of all

participants will be prioritized during the trip.

We accept and agree that Ligao National High School is not held accountable for any

accidents or happenings that may occur during the trip. To address this, we shall take every

necessary measure, to keep us safe during our travel. Furthermore, we are going to provide

signed consent forms from their parents or legal guardians, recognizing the nature of the trip and

accepting personal responsibility for any risks that may arise. Qualified adults will be assigned to

provide guidance and assistance throughout the trip.
