This is your homework for this week. This is done by group (refer to the standard grouping
assignment).

Action Learning Exercise 10.1: “SpaceTeam.”

Play “SpaceTeam” by following the instructions posted in our MSTeams. After playing the
game, answer the following questions:
1. What highest level you have achieved, as a team, in the game? Post a screenshot of the
highest level you have achieved.
2. What were the difficulties encountered in playing the game and how did you overcome
such difficulties? (must be answered individually by each member?
Instructions that are given at the same time to all the members- We overcame it by
multitasking, while giving instructions to my members I also listened to their instructions
and do the task if I have their need.
Clear communication- It gets messy if we all speak at the same time, so we did is to
remain calm and give the instructions clearly.
Time-limited task- To overcome this we have to listen carefully and be quick in doing the
instruction.

Instructions that only shows sign – We overcame this by describing what it looks like
3. Give 3 important learnings you can get from the game and elaborate.

This game taught me the importance the teamwork, where I cannot accomplish the task or
instruction given to me without them and vice versa, we all must work together to reach our
goal.
