This approval is subject to supply of fabricated items according to the

approved GTP and technical specification of the company alongwith fulfillment of
other requisites. Type test certificates, Performance Guarantee as applicable to the
supply contracts of the company etc. if the performance of the material supplied
by you or if performance on your part towards fulfillment of contractual
obligations for supplies made against this approval and/or against any other
contract award of the MPMKVVGL is found to be unsatisfactory, then this
approval shall be withdrawn/cancelled forthwith without any liability on
MPMKWCL,
