*Note, I couldn’t find the LM741 transistor on LTspice,
so I used OP07, whose values are very close to the the-
oretical values*

Figure 3 shows the input current that is passing R1 .

Figure 3: Input current

From figure 3, it is apparent that the peak input current ≈ 249 nA

II = 249nA
also, from the data in table 1, the following calculations can be done for the open non-inverting
amplifier circuit:

To calculate the input impedence:

VIN 54.8mV
RI = = ≈ 220 kΩ (1)
II 249nA
To calculate the output impedence:
RO = 0 (2)
This is justified since The output of the noninverting amplifier is taken at the terminals of an
ideal voltage source.

To calculate the output current:

VO
IO = =∞ (3)
RO
To calculate the open circuit gain:
VOC
AV O = ≈ 68.6 (4)
VIN
To calculate the gain with a load:
VOU T
AV = ≈ 68.6 (5)
VIN
To calculate the current gain:
IO
AI = =∞ (6)
II

2
To calculate the power gain:
IO × VOU T
AP = =∞ (7)
II × VIN
The results of those equations are displayed in table 2.

Figure 6 shows the input current that is passing R1 .

Figure 6: Input current

From figure 6, it is apparent that the peak input current ≈ 1.38 µA

II = 1.38 µA
also, from the data in table 3, the following calculations can be done for the open inverting am-
plifier circiut:

4
To calculate the input impedence:
VIN 45.5mV
RI = = ≈ 33kΩ (8)
IIN 1.38µA
To calculate the output impedence:
RO = 0 (9)
This is justified since The output of the inverting amplifier is taken at the terminals of an ideal
voltage source.

To calculate the output current:

To calculate the open circuit gain:

To calculate the gain with a load:

To calculate the current gain:

To calculate the power gain:

The results of those equations are displayed in table 4.
