Activity 1: Photo Manipulation

Teaching Strategy: Project-Based Learning

Materials:
1) Laptop or computer with Photoshop installed
2) Sample images for manipulation

Significance:
This activity aims to develop students' creativity and critical thinking skills by allowing
them to manipulate images using Photoshop. It will encourage them to think outside the
box and explore different possibilities.

Instructions:
1) The Teacher will provide a brief demonstration on photo manipulation techniques
using Photoshop.
2) Group the student with 4 members.
2) Let the students choose a sample image and manipulate it creatively.
3) Instruct students to document their process and explain the concept behind their
manipulated image in the front.

Criteria:
- Creativity and originality in the manipulation - 20
- Technical skills in using Photoshop tools - 20
- Clarity and coherence of the concept behind the manipulated image - 10

Points: 50 points
