There is a number of benefits if you do exercises regularly. First of all, as
everyone knows, it helps people to control weight. If you engage in physical
activities, your calories are burnt. And the more intense the activity is, the more
calories you burn. Another advantage I want to mention is that Exercise
combats health conditions and diseases. Doing exercise regularly is a way to
prevent heart disease, stroke, depression, a number of types of cancer, improve
the skeletal system,…. Besides, it improves your mood and promotes better
sleep. If you feel stressed about something, do some workout or simple
exercises, your stress can be relieved and disappear. Regular exercises help you
fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. But remember not to do exercise before
bedtime, do it early in the morning or sometime during the day. Last but not
least, joining physical activities with your best friends is really funny. It gives
you a chance to make new friends, engage in outdoor activities, or just promote
your relationships. In conclusion, I suggest that you do exercises regularly due
to its huge benefits.

hometown
In my home village, people live very close to each other. The people are very
simple in thought and behavior. Therefore they are friendly and helpful. So, the
crimes of the city are almost unknown in my village. The people work together
and live in peace. I love them. My village is surrounded by paddy fields and a
river. All these add great beauty and variety to my village scene. Although I do
not like growing rice, I really like the fields. It makes me have a good mood, a
peaceful mood, and a relaxed mood. Now I am living in the Hanoi capital. I
want to come back to my hometown very much. Living among such friendly
and simple people, in such a quiet village, is indeed a real pleasure.

English is one of my favorite subjects. This is a compulsory subject for students
from grades 3 and above. Today, English is more and more popular, so English
is a very important subject and must be learned. English brings us many

foreigners and tourists, therefore helping me to know many different cultures
around the world. With a passion for English, I was able to watch English
movies and listen to English music without translation. English also opens up

love if you have a high level of English. Today, English is very important, so
this is a subject we should not ignore and need determination to learn better.

Tet is a national festival in Vietnam, many Vietnamese people love it. Tet is
celebrated in the January of the lunar calendar to welcome the new year. Before
Tet, people buy food, fruits, drink, flowers, and the most important is the peach
blossom or kumquat tree. Children are bought new clothes by their parents. On
New Year’s Eve, all of the family members gather to give each other their best
wishes and have a meal. During Tet, people can go to the parks, stadiums to see
fireworks, it is very beautiful. Children can receive lucky money from parents
and relatives. I like staying at home to watch New Year’s comedies, it makes
me laugh a lot. On the next day, people go to the temple to thank the ancestors,
Buddha who helped everyone in the old year. In short, I really love Tet, and I
hope that Tet will always be an important festival for Vietnamese people.
