1. Failure to pass the Performance Evaluation from and or conducted by Peers, Store Team Leader & HR Personnel
a. Garnering below average score for KPI standards set by the company. b. Arriving late for three (3)
times every payroll period, with each set of three (3) instances of tardiness treated separately as one offense.
c. Simple case of absence, which is the unauthorized and/or unexcused absence from work for one (1) day.2.
Competence in your assigned work/ Job3. Efficiency

Hence, you where require to vacant your position starting on November 20, 2023, Accordingly, we shall process your
clearance and other exit documents.
