We often have to look for ideas that are not stated or written out by the author. B. A teacher himself leading a simple, pure, and disciplined life can mold the character of the young children and make them neat and good mannered citizens. Besides, he remains very young forgetting his own domestic worries in the constant company of the young.

C. Presenting examples of A precis is a shortening of a text, in your own words, or of a
the new lesson written work. You are to describe as accurately and briefly as possible the substance of main ideas contained in a text.
To write an effective precis, read the passage several times for a
full understanding. Note key points. Do not use abbreviations or contractions. When writing about history, use the past tense.
Finally, check your precis against the original to be sue that it
retains the order, proportions and relationships of the original. D. Discussing new concepts Write a precis. and practicing new skills Various experiments reveal there are several factors #1 involved in whether or not people help others. One factor is how deserving the victim ought to be. This was shown in an experiment in which people pretended in need of help. If they carried a cane, they were help more promptly than if they carried a liquor bottle. Another factor is gender. Women tend to help both men and women equally. Men, on the other hand are more likely to help women. Appearance also plays a part- people are more likely to help others who are dressed like themselves. E. Discussing new concepts Mom was right about cold- the best cold remedies are and practicing new skills simple ones. Resting, drinking hot liquids, and keeping warm are #2 all useful, just as Mom said. Running a vaporizer ot taking a hot shower help relieve congestion.
