My name is Salome Vadatchkoria and I'm writing to express my interest in the Human Resources

Assistant position with Evolution Gaming . As a graduate of International relations, which is quite
general field of study , I'm prepared to use the knowledge I gained from my bachelor's degree to foster a
positive, productive work environment for the staff at the facility. I m now on my master’s degree on
Philosophy which is also a good source of knowledge for this profession.

This summer I was volunteering in Romania for the Erasmus + program and mostly working in the
Human Resources department. After this experience I decided I am quite good at this and I want to
connect my further plans to this profession. I'm excited about the opportunity to work with the
Evolution community, because for me its one of the most successful and team-oriented organization in
Georgia.

I believe my practical experience in organization, communication and administration makes me an

excellent candidate for this role. I would also be grateful to assist and learn from a more advanced HR
manager and expand my experience. This position aligns perfectly with my career goal of developing my
administrative skills and eventually becoming a full-time HR manager.
