    Dear Sir/Madam

    INTRODUCTION
    I am Koung Hong, I am 22 years old male. I graduated high school at Sihamoni in 2017. I live with my family. Both my
    father and mother are sellers. They have started their business for years and currently the business is going well.

    When I finished high school in 2017, I came back home and helped my parents run their business. I have found some
    effective strategies and solution in solving problems in doing business. I worked with my family, I gained some
    knowledges and experiences about how to manage business.

    In 2021 I decided to Kompong Chhnang Province in order to continue study English and Computer course. At this
    currently, I have been studying English and Computer in English Training Association Center in Kompong Chhnang
    province. I have been working part-time as an English Teacher Volunteer as well. So, I can use my English Language
    and computer skills effectively.

    Why I want to study leadership and management role in Australia


    My dream is to open my own business and become a good leader in the future. I hope the course can give me many
    experiences that I am after.

    FINANCIAL SUPPORT, AND ACCOMMODATION


    My parents will be support me in accommodation, financial support and other needs during my stay in Australia. I also
    have been working in Cambodia. Therefore, I can support my sell as well. And all of my beloved relatives in my
    hometown are also promise to me in financial as well.

    After my leadership and management course finish in Australia, I will return to my home country Cambodia.
    I will use my knowledges, experiences, and education to create my own business.

    I also use my leadership skills to help Cambodian people run their business in the community in my home
    country.
