When we had our first exam focused on physical fitness activities.

It was like nothing I

had ever experienced before. I walked into that gymnasium feeling a mixture of excitement and
nerves, not really knowing what to expect. However, the first exam consisted of many activities
which measured our endurance, strength, agility, and physical fitness. I gotta say, it was a real
eye-opener for me. Because I knew I wasn't the most fit person among of my classmates, but
actually going through all those exercises really made me realize how much work I need to put
in. We then moved into different stations where we had to perform exercises such as standing
long jump, balance, tennis ball juggling, and reaction time. From the 50-meter sprint to the
shuttle runs and everything in between, it was intense. I must admit, it was challenging at times.
It made me reflect on my lifestyle choices and how they affect my physical health. I realized that
maybe spending less time on the couch and more time being active could do wonders for my
well-being. Well, one particular exercise that stood out to me was the 50 meters sprint. It may
sound like a simple task, but when you're run across the gym at full speed, it really gets your
heart racing and muscles pumping. It was such an exhilarating feeling to push myself to run as
fast as I could, knowing that each step brought me closer to the finish line. This first exam was
tough day. I pushed myself to my limits and it was both exhausting and exhilarating at the same
time and taught us about resilience and determination. Also, it was a fun way to bond with
classmates through friendly competitions and cheering each other. All in all, these physical
fitness activities not only made P.E. class more enjoyable but also helped me develop important
skills that transcend beyond just staying fit.
We had our second exam for the "Meal koto" competition in P.E class, it was quite an
experience, and both challenging and enriching. Our Professor assigned us to prepare what food
in lunch. So decide Adobo dish, which had me both excited and nervous. We gathered all the
necessary ingredients and started prepping. Throughout the process, my classmates and
teammates were cheering each other, providing tips and tricks to perfect our dishes. It was
refreshing to see everyone so enthusiastic about cooking. When it was time for the tasting
session, I mustered up the courage to present our adobo dish to the judges and their positive
feedback made it all worth it. The flavors of the soy sauce-marinated chicken added by a
vinegar-based sauce earned compliments from both classmates and judges. As a student with a
deep interest in cooking, this second exam performance provided me with an opportunity to
showcase my skills and creativity in a professional setting. I approached the task with careful
planning and attention to detail, ensuring that every element of my food display was perfect.
Collaborating with my teammates allowed us to combine our individual strengths and come up
with innovative ideas that set our Meal koto performance.
During P.E class of our third exam on Dance exercise with improvised gym equipment,
several problems were encountered that delay the smooth functioning of the session but still we
all pumped up and ready to bust some moves. At first, I was a little nervous because our group
wasn't ready for dance exercise. But to my surprise, it turned out to be super fun and energizing.
There were times when we encountered difficulties like coordinating our movements and
keeping up with the choreography. But, the atmosphere in the gym was so laid-back and
supportive that it made all those struggles totally worth it. My classmates and I would cheer each
other, laugh at our own mistakes, and ultimately just have a blast. And, also even on days when
everything seemed to go wrong, I never left dance exercise feeling discouraged. Instead, I had
this incredible sense of accomplishment knowing that I pushed through the challenges and
decide to embrace the chaos and turn it into a fun improvisation session and gave it my best shot.
It actually ends up being one of the most memorable classes we've ever had. So yeah, dance
exercise may not be easy-peasy for everyone including me, but does it make P.E class
unforgettable.
The most epic and thrilling fourth exam experience I had in my Zumba performance in
P.E class, It was such a fun and excitement performance. The energy of everyone was so loud as
we all gathered to showcase our moves and dance like nobody was watching. So we were all
hyped up and ready to show off our moves, but there was one tiny detail we weren't fully
prepared for, that was performing on land with lots of stones. You wouldn't believe the
challenge it added to our routine. The uneven surface made it quite tricky to execute the fast-
paced steps and transitions smoothly. Despite of the challenging, As the music started blasting
through the speakers, we synchronized our steps and let loose on the dance floor. My body
instantly started dancing to the beats. Every move, every step was executed with such precision
and passion that it felt like I was dancing on cloud nine. Sweat dripping down my face, I twirled,
jumped, and shake like there was no tomorrow. When the song ended and everyone applause, I
knew something great had just happened. And guess what? My heart almost burst with joy when
my professor revealed us a beaming smile and handed over that perfect score. It's moments like
these that make all those seconds, minutes, hours, days and weeks of practicing totally worth it.
My experience on 4th exam with Zumba performance during P.E class has proven that it makes
you feel more energetic and beneficial addition to my physical fitness routine, serving as a
reminder of how staying active can be both enjoyable and fulfilling.
