JOB PURPOSE

• The Admissions Advisor at ThriveDX is responsible for providing guidance and support to
prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
• This includes initial inquiry and application, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and
enrolment confirmation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIONS

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide them


with information about the programs offered, admission
requirements, and the enrolment process.
• Assist prospective students in the application process, including
providing guidance on how to complete the application, collecting
required documents, and submitting the application.
• Review and evaluate applications for admission, making decisions
on the eligibility of prospective students based on established
criteria.
• Provide guidance and assistance to prospective students in
securing financial aid and scholarships.
• Communicate with prospective students throughout the enrolment

process, providing updates on their application status, answering
questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Meet with prospective students to provide information and answer
questions about the program and the enrolment process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and
seamless enrolment process for prospective students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on prospective
students.
• Participate in recruitment and outreach events to promote the
program and the enrolment process.
• Stay current on industry developments and trends and provide
insight and recommendations to improve the admissions process.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
QUALIFICATION • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of financial aid and scholarship opportunities
• Experience in higher education or a related field is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Admissions involve documentation and data management, being
SKILLS meticulous and accurate is essential to prevent errors and ensure
compliance
• Ability to multitask and meet the work deadlines
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and the
educational market can help in admission efforts
• Understanding and respecting different multi-cultural backgrounds
is crucial to ensure fair and unbiased admissions.
