2. PURPOSE:
Responsible to follow-up and monitoring the implementation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP),
preparing periodic reports (six monthly/annually), explore the best practices under different
interventions of WASH projects; write articles/abstracts on WASH interventions for sharing
experiences in national/international events as well as journals.

3. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare a monthly/yearly mapping for conducting meeting with stakeholders.

Regular maintaining liaison with different stakeholders and update the stakeholder list.

Contribute to prepare documentation (e.g. donor reports and presentations) of BRAC WASH
programme

Cancelling to potential and existing ETP & WTP entrepreneurs.

Participate and coordinate with different department/units of BRAC such as MF, UDP and
Communications Unit.

Communication with field level staff and develop their skill regarding advocacy.

Monitor the progress of field level activities and flagging deviation for taking corrective measures.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and
ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,
encourage others to do so.

KNOWLEDGE:
 Expert knowledge to manage the communication
portfolio and delivery of messages to both internal and external audiences
 Knowledge on communication and advocacy.
 Expert in peppering periodic meeting mapping.
 Knowledge on field activities
SKILLS:
 Fluency in English or Bangla, (both oral and written) is required;
 Strong interpersonal and communications skills
 Analytical writing ability for interpretation and communication of complex
information to multiple audiences
 Demonstrated ability to understand and contribute to realizing the strategic objective
 Web application and software application
 Computer operating (Microsoft office)
 Programme presentation through multimedia in forum or meeting
