Supplementary Report

The Above mentioned verification consists of various construction works executed

by Irrigation and flood control Division Ganderbal. Most of the works were

inspected in the year 2018 by the team of then ACB and the report of the same has

been submitted and most of the works are of non verifiable nature as these works

are temporary flood restorations. One of the work in the list was verifiable and was

checked at site by the U/s.

1. Construction of cement concret channel near shrine at Kangan Rd.

2111mtrs of Baba Badur-ud-Din Canal:-

The work has been tendered under NIT No:-01 of 2014-15

issued under No:-656-70. Dated:- 19-05-2014. LOI No:-1687-88. Dated:-17-

06-2014. Advertised cost of said work was 4.51 lakhs including departmental

supplies and allotted at the cost of Rs.2,84,582/= to the contractor namely

Shri Mir Aamir Nazir S/o Nazir Ahmad Mir R/o Burnbugh Kangan.

Registered under registration No:-11/DEE/Hyd/Hard/DEE/Civil/2013-14.

The above mentioned work has been started on 16-10-2014 and date of

completion as W/P. An amount of Rs 2,75,891/= has been paid to the

contractor vide CV. No :-314. Dated :-03-016.The surface measurements

were found tallying with the recorded and paid ones.

Hence submitted for further necessary action.
