How would you describe yourself?

Being a cabin crew for 14 years helped me maturing my main skills.

I’m ambitious, hard worker and in these years I learned a lot about CRM, communication
and problem solving. During several onboard situations I developed my situational
awareness and decision making skills under stress.

With my upgrade to Cabin Supervisor I improved my leadership and teamwork abilities.

I did my training as pilot while working, with great commitment and self discipline. My
family couldn’t help me financially and I didn’t want to get a loan for my licenses, so It
took some time and a lot of sacrifice to achieve my goals. I’m tenacious and I proudly
made it on my own with no financial debt.

I believe that this can demonstrate my will and dedication to pursue a pilot career

What is you your biggest accomplishment so far?

I was fascinated with the Aviation industry but when I was young I had no idea on how to
have access to this world. So, based on my knowledge at that time, I had the ambition
to be a cabin crew, I took a course to improve my english and I thought I had what was
needed to become one and Ryr gave me this opportunity.
My next achievement was becoming a Cabin Supervisor and I made it in a short time.
Then I realized that I could do much more. Being a pilot was my wildest dream until few
years earlier and I just would have laughed if somebody told me that I could make it
A friend of mine brought me on a Cessna 150 when he was building his hours and after
finishing his licenses, borrowed me his books and I started to study in my free time.
I fell in love, my ambition told me that if I didn’t try, I would regret it for my entire life,
so I started to save money, making all kind of sacrifices and one by one i managed to get
all the licenses.

So that is my biggest accomplishment so far, together with making a family

Would you consider yourself the best person for this pilot position?
I am highly motivated, this is demonstrated by the resilience and the hard-work I did
during the path that brought me to this point.
I had to earn every single flight hour and qualification obtained, I gave a huge value to
anything my instructors thought me, and I have my pilot skills that I can’t wait to apply.
Other than that, even if this is my first pilot job, I have been in the aviation industry for
14 years and, so I acquired valuable skills that can also be applied to the pilot role, such
as: CRM, Teamwork, Application of professional Standards, Situation awareness, Safety
culture and work quality.
