Activities
 The conference featured an engaging opening ceremony, committee sessions, a crisis
simulation, social events for networking, and a closing ceremony. Delegates actively
participated in debates, negotiations, and strategic planning during the committee
sessions. The crisis simulation added realism and urgency to discussions.
Main Ideas
 AIPPM - Extra-judicial Killings: In the AIPPM committee, Certatus led delegates through an
exploration of the complexities surrounding extra-judicial killings. Conversations revolved
around addressing root causes, implementing preventive measures, and ensuring accountability.
The discussions spanned legal frameworks, international cooperation, and the pivotal role of
political parties in combating this grave concern.
 UNHRC - Human Rights Violations in Russo-Ukrainian Conflict: In the UNHRC
committee, Certatus guided the focus toward human rights violations stemming from the
Russo-Ukrainian Conflict. Delegates, under the auspices of Certatus, explored the
responsibility of the international community in safeguarding human rights, providing
humanitarian aid, and promoting peaceful resolutions. Strategies for holding perpetrators
accountable and protecting affected populations took centre stage.

 Certatus received commendation for curating an event that transcended typical MUN
experiences. Participants appreciated the meticulous research evident in the chosen
topics, the dynamism of the committee sessions, and the realistic touch added by the
crisis simulation. Social events were lauded for fostering not just professional
connections but genuine friendships. Certatus, as the organizing body, demonstrated a
commitment to excellence, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

 Participants expressed a desire for more extensive pre-conference resources, suggesting

that this could further enhance the depth of discussions. Additionally, they advocated for
more diversity in committee topics and greater opportunities for cross-committee
collaboration.

 In essence, Kootniti 2.0, masterfully orchestrated by Certatus, was celebrated for its
educational richness. The event, organized by Certatus, not only deepened the
understanding of global challenges but also nurtured essential skills in diplomacy,
negotiation, and consensus-building among the participating delegates.
