[4/10, 3:21 am] 𝙇𝙀𝙒𝘼𝙕: Problem Statement:

LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is widely used as a fuel source in households, commercial establishments,
and industrial environments. However, the improper handling or storage of LPG can lead to potential
gas leaks, which pose significant safety hazards, including fire, explosions, and health risks. Existing
detection systems are often expensive, complex, and lack real-time monitoring capabilities, making
them inaccessible to many users.
Therefore, there is a need for an affordable, user-friendly, and efficient solution to detect LPG gas leaks
and provide timely alerts to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of individuals and property. The
solution should utilize Arduino microcontrollers and IoT technologies to enable real-time monitoring,
wireless communication, and convenient notifications via a mobile application or SMS. By addressing
these challenges, the project aims to enhance LPG safety standards and reduce the risks associated with
gas leakage incidents.
