SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, REYNALD C. GALLEROS, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Malinao East,
Lila, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, MA. ELIZABETH B.
MADIJANON, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Mega Center, M. Parras St., Pob. 3, Tagbilaran
City, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do the following specific act, to wit:

1. To pick-up, claim, accept and receipt my check commission as well as my BPI ATM
card issued under my name by the House of Entrepreneurs (HOE);

2. To sign for and on my behalf in accepting or receiving the above-mentioned Check

commission and BPI ATM card;

3. To do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever relating to any of all
transaction/s regarding the above-stated Check commission and BPI ATM card, as
fully and effectual to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do in my own
proper person if personally present.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my/our said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
