Dear Mr. Rivero,

We hope you are doing well and staying safe. We are writing to ask for your permission to allow
James Perez to attend the YES National Selection Camp for 2023-2024 program cycle on
November 18-21 and the YES Alumni Meeting on November 21-23 in Bayview Park
Hotel, Manila City.

The YES National Camp is the last stage of selection process of the YES program. As alumnus of
the program, James is invited to facilitate sessions during the activity, such as the
English Language Test for International Students (ELTIS), panel interview, and cultural
presentations. After this event, we will have our YES alumni meeting, in which we are
gathering all alumni to work on the planning and implementation of the YES 20 th
anniversary in 2023. This will also provide a workshop related to YES program
promotion in their local communities and selection process of applicants for 2024.
