TITLE – FN PL 01: Reproduction of 2-Storey Storm Drainage System

THINGS NEEDED:
Usual Drafting Tools
50cm x 70cm cut Cartolina / Vellum

INSTRUCTION:
1. Must be manually drafted. Pen for the title block and chiseled pencil for the content. Using of straight edge is a
must.
2. Use the same reference of 2-storey residential in the previous plate. 1 reference plan for 2 people but this is an
individual plate and a reproduction plate only. The plumbing plan reference must have a minimum of 3 bedrooms.
3. Floor plan, isometric, legend/symbols, general notes, material (label). Use scale that is not too small
Note: Only the storm drainage layout is shown in your plate together with those stated above. Do not include
pipes going to septic tank/vaults
4. Give emphasis to Storm Drainage. Do not include furniture layout BUT include the fixtures and the kitchen
layout in your drawings. Label the areas/spaces.
5. Staple the reference (A4 paper) on the upper left corner of your plate.
6. Always follow the protocols in drawing such as the proper use of t-square and triangles, the use of guidelines
and construction lines using light pencil (hard), the observance of line values, alphabet of lines, rules in
dimensioning, use of scale, and among others.

SUBMISSION:
Submit requirements on time. Plates to be submitted at the faculty consultation table shall be collected by the
designated officer to avoid noise and traffic congestion outside the faculty.
