Still Photographs Guidelines

Language and Literature Edition

1. All participants should be bona fide third-year students of their respective departments.

2. The contest proper shall be on December 06, 2023, 2:00 to 3:00PM at CSAP Sands
Atrium.

3. All contestants shall submit their names to the office of the College of Arts and Sciences
on or before Friday, December 1, 2023.

4. Each team should consist of 10 to 15 members. Each member should have a role in the
portrayal of the literature given.

5. The 14 members are the ones who will perform or act out the task while the remaining one
is the ones who will explain what their act is about.

6. Each team is only given one minute to perform the task and another one minute for the
explanation.

7. The team that will exceed the allotted time will automatically be disqualified.

8. Each team should be at the venue 5 minutes before the game starts. Failure to show up
once their team is called automatically disqualified.

9. Any violation of the aforementioned guidelines will demerit one point from their overall
scores.

10. The still photograph contest will be judged according to the following criteria:

Content (Well portrayed) 50%

Delivery and Performance (Clarity of the 40%

Content)

Coordination 10%

Total 100%
11. An official entry number will be assigned to the contestants.

12. Contestants are required to wear decent attire. (Red Shirt for 3rd year college students)

13. Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.

14. The announcement of winners will be on December 06, 2023, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the
CSAP Sands Atrium.

15. All participants must attend the awarding ceremony.
