Mechanics & Guidlines

Mobile Legends Bang Bang
1. This competition is accessible to all PICE members. Maximum of 2 teams per house.
2. Registration and Participation
a. Each squad should include five (5) members, with two (2) members
serving as substitutes and with at least one female.
b. Each member should write their real name, name of their squad and
their IGN in registering.
c. The event organizers will not accept offensive or obscene team or
individual names.
d. A request for a name change is permitted both before and during the
tournament; teams that do not comply will be disqualified
immediately.
3. In-game must be composed of at least 1 female.
4. All matches will be played online but each team should provide 1 google account to join the
google meet provided by the facilitator. Cameras should be turned on while the game is ongoing.
5. Players should enter the lobby on the time agreed to start, 10 minutes will be set as the
waiting time in the lobby and failure to complete the team after that will lead to the teams’s
disqualification.
6. Match rules and regulations:
a. The competition uses a single elimination format.
b. The game mode used is Custom mode (Draft Pick).
c. Before the formal match, the players will be subjected to a ping test.
d. In case if there’s a server crash during the game, the game can be
restarted with a new draft, but with the same hero line up.
e. Each team are given with a maximum of (2) pauses each game
if any of the players disconnected due to network problems. Take
note: 2 minutes per pause only.
7. Participants will refrain from using foul languages throughout the competition (this also
applies to chatting through the game console), they must apply sportsmanship all throughout
the event, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor to competitors, especially tournament
assistants and to other event attendees.
8. ELIMINATION ROUNDS:
● The elimination round will follow a bracketing system with best of 3 series.
9.SEMI FINALS:
● The top four (4) teams will follow a bracketing system with best of 3 series.

10.CHAMPIONSHIP:
● The remaining teams will play simultaneously. The winners will be
competing with a best of 5 matches or 3 winning games for the
Championship game, meanwhile, the defeated team on the winner’s bracket
will be the 1st runner up. On the other hand, the defeated bracket must
compete for the 2nd runner up and the defeated team from the defeated
bracket will be the 3rd runner up with best of 3 series.
