EMERGENCY ROOM- DELIVERY ROOM-WARD

Scene: Emergency department at 7 am shift. Meron dinalang 20 years old, 35 weeks pregnant. First
pregnancy.

Relative: Please help me, my sister passed out, she is pregnant!

Nurse 1: (iniintindi si patient)

Nurse 2: What was she doing before she passed out?

Relative: She was just washing the dishes, and we were surprised to see her lying on the floor.

Nurse 2: May I ask how many weeks is she pregnant?

Relative: 33 weeks.

Nurse 2: How many times has she been pregnant?

Relative: It's just her first time

Patient: (Mumulat)

Nurse 1: Ma'am Ma'am, how are you feeling?

Patient: I feel a little dizzy.

Nurse 2: We have called your doctor. Did you know that your water broke?

Patient: I thought i just got wet from washing the dishes, so I didn't pay attention and then suddenly my
stomach hurt and that's all I remembered.

Nurse 2: We already refer you to your doctor and now we will take you to the delivery room for delivery,
your doctor will meet you there.

DELIVERY ROOM:

[The scene opens in a sterile and well-equipped delivery room. Nurse 1 is checking the medical
equipment, and Nurse 2 is assisting. Patient, the expectant mother, is on the delivery bed, breathing
heavily.]

Nurse 1: (Professional) Patient, you're doing great. We're here with you every step of the way.

Nurse 2: (Encouraging) Yes, Patient. Just a few more pushes, and you'll meet your little one.
[Patient nods and takes a deep breath.]

Patient: (Determined) I can do this.

[Nurse 1 prepares for the delivery, and Nurse 2 supports Patient.]

Nurse 1: (Guiding) Okay, Patient, let's get ready for another push.

[Patient pushes with all her might, and the room fills with anticipation.]

Nurse 2: (Supportive) You're doing amazing, Patient. Keep going!

[After a few moments, the baby is born, and a cry fills the room. Nurse 1 holds the newborn.]

Nurse 1: (Excited) It's a healthy baby girl, Patient!

[Patient's face lights up with joy and relief as the baby is placed on her chest.]

Patient: (Emotional) Oh, my baby!

Nurse 2: (Smiling) Congratulations, Patient. She's perfect.

[They ensure the baby is warm and comfortable.]

Nurse 1: (Professional) We'll take care of both of you now, Patient. It's a beautiful day.

support.]

WARD

[The scene takes place in a peaceful hospital ward. Nurse 1 and Nurse 2 are tending to patient, a new
mother, and her precious newborn.]

Nurse 1: (Gentle) Patient, you and your little one are doing wonderfully. We're here to make sure you
both are comfortable.

Nurse 2: (Caring) Yes, Patient, it's time to check on your baby and help you with any questions you might
have.

[Patient holds her newborn baby in her arms, a look of pure love on her face.]

Patient: (Admiring) Thank you so much, both of you. She's perfect.

Nurse 1: (Smiling) It's our pleasure. Now, let's take a look at her.
