BOH door: Providing and fixing in position Flush


doors of 750 mm x 2100 mm with solid wood frame
using 30mm thk solid wood doors of sizes as per the
drawing. The door shall be finished with approved
laminate on both the sides as per approved by the
architect, with engage vacant latch, and hardware's Nos
as per the spec sheet. As per Design and detail
Trial room doors - Red paint finish - 750mm x
2100mm ht.(with frosted glass in middle) - Trial
room door: Providing and fixing in position Flush
doors with solid wood frame using 38mm thk flush
doors of sizes 750mm x 2100mm. The door shall be
finished with approved laminate on both the sides
as per approved by the architect, with engage
vacant latch, and hardware's etc. Providing,
fabricating & fixing of wooden frame size of 50mm
X 75mm thick with required profile, frame shall be
fixed to masonry wall / Partition with using of hold
fasts/ Anchor fastener embedded in CC 1:2:4. All Nos
the visible surface of the door frame shall be
finished with Enamel paint of approved make,
shade and match to the laminate color of the door

Stock Room door:-Providing, fabricating & fixing of


Single leaf wooden Flush Door size 900mm x
2100mm, with 38mm thick commercial grade solid
core single leaf flush door with Hard wood frame at
Stock room, shutter shall cut to profile with teak
wood end beading and finished on either sides with
1mm thick laminate of approved make. The shutter
shall be fixed to the wooden frame size of 50mm X
125mm thick with required profile, frame shall be
fixed to Partition with using of hold fasts/ Anchor
fastener. All the visible surface of the door frame
and shutter edges shall be finished with Enamel
paint of approved make, shade and match to the Nos
laminate. cost including all necessary hardware to
complete as per the detailed drawings & as directed
by the Engineer-in-charge

smooth with .mm vyna groove. The joints in the Sft
laminate cladding to be given as directed.

detailed drawing provided by the Architect

Install of Partitioning 75 MM thick comprising

Ply support In Gypsum partition:- Providing and
fixing of 12 mm tk. Upto 10" wide ply support in
between gypsum partition wherever necessary to
fix the metal fixtures.The support should be strong Rft
enough in all aspects to take the load of the metal
fixtures.

Gypsum Ceiling Providing & Fixing 12 mm thk
Gypsum board false ceiling (India Gypsum or
equivalent approved make) to G.I. framing in
perfect level. Necessary offsets and grooves to be
provided at the junction of ceiling &
walls/columns/partitions etc., Cut out for light
fittings A/C grills etc. Rate to include providing &
fixing of necessary G.I./wooden/MS frame supports
for the above fixtures & additional suspenders & the
ceiling in AC duct area as per architects instructions.
G.I.frame to consist of proprietary frames(gypsteel
or approved equivalent)at minimum grid spacing of
600mmx600mm c/suspended from dash fasteners
anchored to structural slab by means of
G.I.angles.The joint between the sheets of
plasterboard are to be covered with jointing paper
tape and flushed with UB 888 (all purposes jointing Sft
compound) to provide a smooth durable and
professional finish. Final finishes & touch ups to
cracks developed during commissioning of the store
& AC shall be taken care as a part of the scope.

Punning - POP:- Providing and applying POP


Punning (12MM to 16 MM) on existing sponge/
rough finished plastered wall, ceiling and other Sft
specified surfaces.

Providing and applying Luster paint on internal


walls. Paint, Primer and Putty should be approved
Asian/ Berger/ ICI make. After thoroughly sand
papering/ brushing the surfaces to remove dust,
dirt, etc, and repairing the dents, holes and cracks in
plastered wall with white cement/ putty. Painting
finishing shall includes One coat of Asian interior
wall primer (1st coat before putty and 2nd coat
before applying paint) and Two or more coat of
cement based wall putty to achieve the smooth Sft
surface and finishing with Two or more coats of
Emulsion paint to achieve the required finishes.
EMULSION PAINTING :- Providing and applying two
coats of pre-approved shade Royal Emulsion paint
to walls / partitions etc. including surface
preparation with two coats of putty, primer and
sanding all complete. ( staircase area and retail area Sft
)

Enamel paint :- Providing & applying (Rolling shuter


/Sprinkler /Duct)1st quality synthetic enamel paint (
Conforming IS 2932-1994) (for service areas) of
approved make & shade in 3 coats over a coat of
approved quality primer to the rolling shutter,
preparation of surface, sanding, etc. complete as Sft
diected by the EIC at all heights & levels.

Distemper paint on store room approved colour.

ACP Cladding Providing and Fixing Aluminium


Composite Panel of Aludecore/EURO/VIVO or
equivalent brand & shade as per design and
drawing of 3mm thick exterior grade PVDF with coil
thick of 0.25 mm & frame work made out from
Alluminium anodised section of size 50 x 25 mm ( w
app = 0.57 kg/m) having weight of 2.6 kg for 15'
supported on Masonary/ RCC with the help of MS
Bracket fixed with Brick Fastner/ Anchor Fastner Sft
and groove filled with 789 weather fillent of bowl

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup


lock type) on rental basis , as per required height
height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre
to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with
cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube
challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in
the scaffolding for working platform etc. and
maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the Sft
required duration as approved and removing it
there after .
Glazing repositioning:- Removing of existing
without spider glazing and refixing the same in
position as per the layout. Rate to include all
necessary supporting activites to complete the job
as per design & instructions by architect. Sft

Providing Pest control and Anti-termite treatment


by appointing specialized agency as per
specifications mentioned by Bureau of Indian
Standards and agencies specifications whichever is
higher for General Civil, Plumbing,/ Drainage and
timber/ Carpentry works. Complete as directed.
( Mode of measurement shall be carpet area of Sft
floor and not area of surface treated.)

Carting Debris /Loading/Unloading Cleaning site and


removing all debris from site using 10T capacity
truck including loading & disposal to specified
location as directed by local munciple authorities.
The Field Engineer shall check the quantity loaded
in each truck load and certify before departure of EA
truck from store location.

Professional Cleaning (Deep cleaning the entire


assets in the store up to the standerds ) Sft
Floor Protection Providing and laying pvc protection
layer sheet of 4mm thk protecting the existing
flooring surface, cost should include the removal
and cleaning the protective layer etc. complete. Sft
