It is an agreement between the parties which conclude that the first party will specify, supply and install
aluminum works for the building which is belong to the second party in an area
 The preface of this agreement is an integral part of it and reads with it permanently.
 This agreement is void unless there is a copy of any proof document
 Please note that any agreement which its value is less than 5000 dinars, will be paid in full and in
cash, keeping in mind the non-embarrassment of the two parties. .
 Any financial payment will not be approved without a paycheck signed by the company.
 Any financial payment will not be approved unless the General Administration signature on it and
its seal with the official seal of the company.

Payment method

1. 35% payment upon signing the contract

2. 30% payment upon supplying the aluminum
3. 20% % payment upon supplying the glass
4. 15% % payment after delivery:
5. 14% as Special discount of on the final total value

Notes:

1- Each measurement which is less than one square meter , will be calculated as square meter
2- thicknesses of all glass will be (5.7) mm
3- In the case of a glass reflector is installed, the (8) dinars will be added on meter price.
4- In case of changing the tilt and turn windows to the sliding windows, a (30) dinars will be added to
the agreed price of the bathroom windows.
5- Prices will not include sales tax.

Terms of delivery:

6- Measurements of the project are obtained only after the all measurements or 95% of it are ready.
7- The second party should remove any obstacles for the purpose of starting the work, and any delay
will be on his responsibility for the agreed period of the agreement.
8- Installation on the site will be done according to the correct technical techniques that obstruct the
workflow and prepare the site for the Proceed purposes of the work to place the goods which
supplied for the project and on the responsibility of the second party.
9- In the case of any adjustment and / or additions to the project which agreed in this agreement, the
second party must report the first party in writing, and the additions and prices in accordance with
the annex of the agreement are an integral part of the agreement.
10- In case the second party modifies the agreement signed by it, second party will pays 20% of the
value of the paid project agreed in accordance with the agreement without the need for excuses or
notices. This is a necessary condition for the second party
11- In case of payment by credit card (Visa / Master Card), a value of (2.5%) will be added to the
value paid.
12- No hand writing amendment to the agreement is accepted, unlike that this amendment will be a
void.

13- The guarantee period for maintenance of works performed is one year from the date of delivery
and does not include brokering glass according to any condition and in any case and does not
include intentionally ruin
14- The site is not delivered except after full payment
15- Post-dated checks are not accepted
16- This contract is only valid for this project until the completion of the project
17- This agreement is valid to apply its terms and conditions at the West Amman Department of
Implementation (Bedayat Court ,West Amman) in the case of a dispute.
18- The second party must secure electricity (3 phases) according to the work requirements on the site
19- This Agreement has been done in nineteen (19) terms, including this term, and in two copies. Each
party received a copy and signed it.
