1. Will offend him
2. Possibly have a hard discussion
2. Talk to some students of Mr. Dimanlig
Advantages:
1. To know the real situation in the class of Mr. Dimanlig
2. To observe the influence of Mr. Dimanlig on his student
Disadvantages:
1. They will protect Mr. Dimanlig
2. Cause trauma to the students
3. Conduct a meeting and hearing with Mr. Dimanlig, some of the faculty of his
department, parents of his students, and students.
Advantages:
1. To hear the different sides of both parties
2. To explain well the provision in the school code of academic freedom.
Disadvantages:
1. Can create a long argument
