NARRATIVE REPORT
Throughout the month, a diverse array of activities engaged both students and
teachers in the celebration, extending beyond mere expressions of gratitude to foster
creativity and strengthen camaraderie within the school community. Students
exhibited their artistic talents in a poster-making competition, using visual creativity
to represent the profound respect they hold for their educators. A platform for
emotional expression was provided through spoken-word poetry, allowing students
to establish unique and personal connections with their teachers, fostering a
meaningful dialogue through the art of poetry. The essence of teaching was captured
through a photo essay competition, offering a glimpse into the multifaceted world of
educators, highlighting both their challenges and triumphs.
As the celebration concluded, it became evident that the SSLG had successfully
achieved its goals of expressing gratitude, fostering creativity, and building a
stronger sense of community within the school. The collaborative efforts of students,
teachers, and parents made this celebration exceptionally memorable, underscoring
the significance of acknowledging and appreciating the hard work and dedication of
educators. While celebrating these achievements, it is crucial to recognize the
ongoing need to prioritize and address concerns related to the well-being and
professional development of our teachers, ensuring a conducive environment for
effective teaching and learning. This accomplishment report serves as a testament to

The Solid Waste Management (SWM) program under the Solid Waste and
Segregation Liaison Group (SSLG) has been actively working towards the
improvement of waste management practices within the community. This report
outlines the accomplishments, activities, and initiatives undertaken during the
reporting period.
Activities
1. Regular Collection and Segregation (Every Monday and Friday):
The SSLG continued its regular schedule of garbage collection and
segregation every Monday and Friday. This involved collecting household
waste and separating recyclables from non-recyclables. The team ensured
that proper disposal methods were followed, and the collected materials
were transported to designated waste disposal facilities.
2. Post-Barangay and SK Election Cleanup:
Following the Barangay and SK Election, the SSLG organized a special
cleanup initiative to address the increased waste generated during the
election period. The team coordinated with the community to collect and
properly dispose of election-related materials, ensuring a swift and efficient
cleanup process.
3. Post-Intramurals Cleanup:
After the conclusion of the Intramurals, the SSLG organized a cleanup
campaign to address the waste generated during the sports event. The team
worked collaboratively to collect and segregate materials such as food
wrappers, beverage containers, and other event-related waste. This
initiative aimed to maintain the cleanliness of the community and promote
responsible waste management.
Challenges Faced
Despite the successful implementation of the mentioned activities, the SSLG
encountered some challenges during the reporting period. These challenges included:
Limited community participation in waste segregation efforts.
Lack of awareness about the importance of proper waste disposal.
Insufficient waste management infrastructure in certain areas.
Recommendations
To address the challenges faced, the SSLG recommends the following:
