CULMINATION OF 2023 NATIONAL TEACHER’S DAY /WORLD TEACHER’S

DAY CELEBRATION FOR DEPED INDANG I

1. Pursuant to Memorandum ________ titled 2023 National Teacher’s Day /

World Teacher’s Day Celebration and Memorandum ____, the Municipality of Indang
will celebrate the National Teachers Month from September 5 to October , 2 0 2 3 .

2. The activities are as follows:

 Color Run 2023

 Mr. & Ms. Indang 2023

3. The activities will be conducted in Indang Central Elementary School of

August _______ 2023 with the theme: ___________

4. It will be attended physically by the teachers and stakeholders from

Municipality of Indang.

5. For Mr. and Ms. Indang 2023, it will be conducted on August 24, 2023. Participants are
single teachers in the Municipality of Indang I.
Contestants will compete for Best in Uniform, Best in Long Dress and Best In Sports Attire.
Criteria for judging are as follows

6. For the Color Run 2023, it be conducted on September 2, 2023.Registration will

start at 5:00 a.m. at Indang East Elementary School and the race will at 5:30 am. Pre-
registrants and on-site registrants will have separate registration table on the day of
the race.
All participants must wear white shirt, comfortable shorts/jogging pants and
rubber shoes on the day of the activity. The route of the race starts from Indang Central
Elmentary School going to Lintiw, Buna Cerca, Kaytapos, CvSU, Banadero, Calderon St,
San Gregorio St going back to Indang Central Elementary School.
Official marshals will be present along the route to guide the runners on the
official run route. Participants may run, or rest upon their discretion, provided they do
not leave the route of the race. Any participant who takes shortcuts or rides a vehicle
during the race will automatically be disqualified.
Participants must pass thru the Finish Line after completing the rounds to
enable the Committee to record time.
To ensure security and protection, traffic assistance will be provided . Likewise,
ambulance will be on hand to provide medical assistance.
Bottled water will be provided during the activity.
Awarding and closing program will follow immediately after all the participants
have reached the Finish Line. The top three finishers will receive a medal.

7. The Municipality of Indang I Teachers Association will facilitate the activity.

8. Any expenses incurred for the culmination of World Teacher’s Day f o r

D e p E d I n d a n g I shall be charged to respective local funds or any available
sources subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
