INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
The plan should guide the LEA’s use of education technology for the next three
years.

Specific start and end dates, covering three years, are recorded. The plan describes the
LEA's location and demographics, and includes a list of school sites plus a description of
its significant student populations
This plan will cover the time period from September 1st, 2022, to September 1st, 2023.
The LEA is Lomonosov secondary school, located in Zaisan city, in the Eastern part of
Kazakhstan.The student body makeup is over 740students. Among 88 percent Kazakh, 12
percent of the student another nations; many students do not speak English at home,
which is a barrier to learning science subjects taught in English
