Minutes of the Meeting - November 25, 2023

Agenda:

The meeting commenced with the CEO introducing Hebuza's new operating model. Under this
model, all employees are assigned weekly targets to accomplish from Monday to Saturday.
Performance assessments will be conducted weekly, with a focus on activities undertaken (30%)
and revenue generated (70%). At the beginning of each week, employees are required to submit
their work plans, targets, activities undertaken, and the necessary resources for target
implementation (transport, communication, and any support from management).

At the end of each week, employees are expected to report on their performance, and
management will appraise their achievements accordingly. The CEO emphasized the importance
of reviewing all projects/deals undertaken by Hebuza and concluding them before initiating new
ones.

CEO also stressed the need for Hebuza to have supporting pillars, drawing an analogy between
Hebuza as a business and the lifecycle of a child. He emphasized that, much like a child, Hebuza
must navigate through the stages of conception, birth, growth, and maturity. Currently, Hebuza
finds itself in the growth phase, a period where the expectation is not to receive more from
Hebuza, but rather to actively support its development. It was highlighted that the real fruition, in
terms of income, is anticipated in the maturity phase, set to commence in the next fiscal year.

The CEO also highlighted that income generated will be distributed among the five pillars based
on a reasonable percentage. Mr. Bahati supplemented the CEO's remarks by questioning why
achieving significant goals seems impossible when others with similar backgrounds have
succeeded. He proposed a self-evaluation for everyone, identifying strengths and weaknesses and
working on improving weaknesses. He suggested establishing milestones aligned with Hebuza's
mission and vision, and determining the necessary efforts to reach those milestones. He
emphasized the importance of understanding the current position and the desired destination.

Mr. Chris welcomed the idea, suggesting that Hebuza could recruit additional staff to work in
alignment with this new spirit. Mr. Camara also expressed agreement with the proposed
approach

 Work with influencers, Qualify leads and convert them into potential customers (50 customers
to be called on daily and reported.
 Inventory Management, ensure every products in the showroom is captured in the system, all
expenses are recorded and all revenue are recorded.
 Achieve sales target of Frw1,000,000
