ORIENTATION

Program Overview
Kiddie Crew strengthens McDonald’s position as a restaurant for family, allowing
children to have a delightful memorable experience during summer.

The Kiddie Crew Workshop is the

heritage family program of McDonald’s
Philippines. Started in 1991, it allows
kids aged 6-12 years old to experience
being part of the McDonald’s Team
while building social skills and learning
values through play!

‣ HAPPY VOYAGERS aligns an emerging-from-the-next-
normal KIDDIE CREW WORKSHOP with real-time real
world developments where space exploration and the
idea of living in a totally different planet present an
amazing near-future for a new generation of kids.

‣ Re-acquaints kids with the wonders of face to face

interaction and socialization and the fun of learning with
and from their peers. After all, the Kiddie Crew values
are not only applicable anywhere in the universe but will
also ensure that wherever they may be, a Kiddie Crew
will be able to make things happen.
