Warm Greetings!
I hope this letter finds you well. As we prepare for our upcoming YES-O Program, I am writing
to request your permission to collect a registration fee from participating pupils. The funds collected will
be used to purchase necessary materials for the event, as well as certificates and awards for the
participants.
Our YES-O activity program aims to provide an interactive and engaging experience for our
pupils, as we explore various aspects of the sciences. We have planned a range of activities for our pupils
to learn and enjoy.
To raise the necessary funds, we propose collecting a small registration fee from each pupils who
wishes to participate. We believe that this will not only help us to purchase the required materials but also
encourage students to take ownership of their involvement in extracurricular activities and instill a sense
of responsibility.
We assure you that the funds collected will be handled with utmost transparency and all
purchases will be made in accordance with school policies and procedures. We will maintain a detailed
record of all transactions and provide a report upon request.
