FAS 1 SITC OF FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL (FACP)

SITC of Microprocessor based Net-workable Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel. The Fire Alarm Control Panel shall
have expandable capacity from 10 loops. The Panel must have Full colour 800 x 480 LCD with resistive touch screen and automatic
backlight dimming. The Panel must also have the capability to take Addressable Intelligent Wired and Wireless Devices on same
loop. Each loop shall have a capacity of 240 any combination of analogue Addressable devices. The panel shall have an event log of
minimum 10,000 events @ 1 second resolution, Filterable and Printable. The Panel shall have Three access levels. Panel shall
support upto 5000 Cause & Effects entries, with upto 20,000 inputs controlling & 20,000 Controlling outputs across the network.
FAS 1.1 The Panel shall have capability for Peer to Peer networking through RS485 network card. The Panel must have 4 inbuilt No. 1
programmable sounder circuits, each circuit rated at 2.5A.The Panel must have inbuilt 3 programmable inputs and 5 inbuilt
programmable relay outputs. The Panel shall have up to sub-addressable 512 programmable Inputs/Outputs via optional RS485
COMMS serially connected expansion cards. The Panel shall have 240 V AC power supply along with automatic Battery Charger.
The Panel shall be fully expandable via common plug in loop driver boards. The user shall have a choice of using the panel with 5.25
Amp or 10.25 Amp power supply unit which is inbuilt in the FACP and should be UL. The Panel shall have configurable via USB port
to PC or memory stick. The Panel shall have dedicated RS232 serial port for optional printer. Approved by LPCB, UL & ULC Listed.

FAS 1.1.1 SITC of Network Module copper / fiber. The Module shall connect Panels and Repeator Panels through fiber cable. The Module No. 1
shall use LC type connectors & fiber looping.

SITC of Intelligent Addressable Multi-Sensor (Optical Smoke + Heat + RoR ) detector with base. The optical sensor element shall
have multiple selectable sensitivity levels from 0.2% Obs/ft to 3.7% Obs/ft. The ROR detection element shall have selectable Rate
of Rise setting of 8°C per minute & 11°C per minute (or close to this value not deviating more than 1°C). Fixed temp detection
FAS 1.4 element shall have two selectable settings of 57°C and 68°C (or closer to this value not deviating by 1°C). Multi-sensor detector No. 738
shall have a configuration mode that gives separate alarms for smoke detection and heat detection and shall indicate the cause of
alarm (smoke or heat). Also the multi-sensor shall have combined configuration mode of smoke and heat detection that gives only
one evaluated alarm from a multi-sensor detector in case of a fire event. The detector shall have operating temperature range
from -9°C to 50°C and humidity tolerance range up to 95% RH, Non-Condensing. UL & ULC Listed. FM Approved.

SITC of Heat Detector with base. Intelligent Addressable Rate of Rise cum Fixed Temperature Heat Detector along with base. Rate-
of-Rise temperature detection element shall have two selectable settings of 8° C & 11° C (or closer to this value not deviating by
FAS 1.5 1°C) and Fixed temperature sensing shall be independent of rate-of-rise sensing and shall have two selectable settings of 57° C & No. 9
68°C (or closer to this value not deviating by 1°C). The detector shall have operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C and

with Strobe unit shall sit directly on addressable Notification Appliance Circuit, fully supervised and powered from FACP. Hooter
and Strobe elements of the combined unit shall have independent activation & deactivation criteria. Hooter shall stop at alarm
"Acknowledge" and the Strobe shall stop at panel "Reset". The Hooter and Strobe element of Hooter cum Strobe combined unit
FAS 1.8 shall be selected and triggered independently from FACP for performance check and maintenance. Hooter with Strobe unit shall No. 41
have provision to be tested by a hand-held field diagnostic tool in "Silent Mode" and "Full Operation Sound Mode". The Strobe
shall have multiple selectable candela settings configured and selected from the FACP. The hooter cum Strobe unit shall deliver
output up to 94 db at 3m from its installed location. The sounder/strobe unit shall display the voltage received by them at the
control panel. The activation & deactivation requirement of Notification devices shall not be deviated. UL & ULC Listed. FM
Approved.
