Description of Nonconformity:-

1. The recent audit findings have revealed a disconcerting discrepancy between Mr. Mashael's job title and the
responsibilities he is reportedly undertaking. While the contract specifies a role for a Quality Officer, Mr. Mashael has
been presenting himself as a Quality Manager. Furthermore, the actual duties he is performing do not fully align with the
expectations of either role. This inconsistency poses a potential threat to the organization's efficiency and quality
assurance measures. The mismatch between job titles and actual responsibilities can lead to confusion among colleagues,
hinder effective communication, and ultimately undermine the effectiveness of quality control procedures.

2. There are several visual elements missing from the K&A offices, including signs, posters, certificates, policy
documents, and awards. These elements would help to create a more professional and visually appealing environment,
and they would also serve as a reminder of the company's values and achievements.

3. No records for Customer satisfaction survey.

Root Cause:-
1. PMP was not coordinated under the new deployment schedule.
2. Lack of communication with Head Office.
3. Lack of communication with Head Office.

The Correction:-
1. PMP Will be updated according to the new Deployment Schedule.
2. Site Team to communicate with the K&A Head Office to receive the visual elements.
3. Site Team to communicate with the K&A Head Office to obtain the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Corrective action:-
1. For any future Changes to the Deployment Schedule, PMP will be updated accordingly.
2. Site Team will communicate with the Head Office on regular basis to assure the
