Description of Nonconformity:-

The lack of implementation of one /more clause of the standard may hinder the project's ability to effectively identify and
address areas for improvement, leading to potential inefficiencies, non-compliance issues, and missed opportunities for
growth.

Root Cause:-
When a nonconformity occurs for any quality documents such as: Procedure, Deliverables, Specification, Method
statement, WIR, MIR, including any arising from complaints, the organization Issue or Authorize the NCR through the
Supervision Consultants (DAR) as per SEVEN procedures (3.1 Communication Protocols).

The Correction:-
The 3.1 Communication Protocols will be shared with the Audit Team if required.
Corrective action:-
Workshop to be held to assure everybody complies and follows Project Specification and
Procedures.
