Section 2: Analysis
After completing this person SWOT analysis I’ve realized that
there are lot of weaknesses that I can improve on and turn into
opportunities to maintain and even improve my internal strengths. For
example, one of my weaknesses was that I can come off as timid in large
groups of people an opportunity I have is taking a public speaking class
to improve my communication skills one but also to help me get my
presence more recognized. After weakness I have was thinking and
stressing too much an opportunity that would help minimize those
weaknesses would be to plan.
Similarly, some threats that can be minimized by some strengths I
have. An example of this would be rejection from potential jobs or
opportunities. One of my strengths is that I am a resilient and persistent
person I will not settle until I receive that job or opportunity. Another
threat I found that can minimized is work/study imbalance, one of my
strengths is time management skills I can manage the time I have to
balance both. To finalize, I found that there are many opportunities to
minimize and even potentially get rid of some weaknesses and strengths
by using my strengths and opportunities available.
