SCSHS ARTS CLUB BYLAWS

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1. Name: The name of this organization shall be SCSHS ARTS CLUB

Section 2. Purpose: The purpose of the Club is to promote and support artistic expression and
appreciation among Senior High School students through various creative activities and events.

Article II: Membership

Section 1. Eligibility: Membership in the Club is open to all Senior High School students who have an
interest in the arts.

Section 2. Active Membership: Active members are those who regularly participate in Club activities
and meetings.

Article III: Officers and Elections

Section 1. Officers: The Club shall have the following officers:

- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Auditor
- P.I.O
-Protocol Officer
- Business Manager

Section 2. Elections: Officers shall be elected annually by active members. Elections shall be
conducted by Election process.

Article IV: Meetings

Section 1. Regular Meetings: The Club shall hold regular meetings once a month.

Section 2. Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called by the President or upon written
request by the majority of active members.

Article V: Finances

Section 1. Dues: The Club may collect dues from members if needed.

Section 2. Financial Records: The Treasurer shall maintain accurate financial records and present
them at Club meetings.

Article VI: Activities and Events

Section 1. Planning: The Event Coordinator(s) shall be responsible for planning and organizing Club
activities and events.

Section 2. Funding: The Club may seek funding through fundraisers, sponsorships, or school
allocations to support its activities.

Article VII: Amendments

Section 1. Proposal: Any active member may propose amendments to these bylaws.

Section 2. Approval: Amendments shall be approved by the majority of active members through a
vote.

Article VIII: Dissolution

Section 1. Dissolution: In the event of dissolution, any remaining Club funds or assets shall be
returned to the school.
