‫ﺍﻹﻓﺮﺍﻁﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ‪ .‬ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻧﻼﺣﻆ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﺑﻴﺪﻙ ﺍﻟﻴﺴﺮﻯ ﻫﻮ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻬﺬﺏ )ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ‬
‫ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻢﺷﻲء ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﺪﻙ ﺍﻟﻴﺴﺮﻯ!(‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲﺣﻴﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻴﺪ ﻫﻮ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﻀﻠﺔ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻹﻧﺪﻭﻧﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ‪ ،‬ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻨﺎ‬
‫ﻧﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡﺍﻟﻤﻠﻌﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻮﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎﺕ‪ .‬ﺗﺴُﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﻮﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻳﺪﻧﺎ ﺍﻟﻴﺴﺮﻯ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ‬
‫ﻓﻲﻭﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻌﻘﺔ‪ ،‬ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﺴُﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻌﻘﺔ ﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻓﻤﻚ‪ .‬ﻳﺘﻤﺎﺷﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻊ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺴﻜﺎﻥﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﻴﻦ ﺍﻹﻧﺪﻭﻧﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻷﺭﺯ‪ .‬ﺛﻨﺎﺉﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻌﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻮﻛﺔ ﻳﺴﻬﻞّ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻷﺭﺯ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻧﻬﺎء‬

‫ﻳﺘﻢﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻋﺎﺩﺓ ًﻣﻦ ﺃﻃﺒﺎﻕ ﺃﻛﺒﺮ ﺣﺠﻤﺎً ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﺘﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻭﻟﺔ‪ .‬ﻗﺪ ﻳﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻀﻴﻒ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻀﻴﻮﻑﻓﻲ ﺃﻭﻝ ﻭﺟﺒﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎً ﻳﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻀﻴﻮﻑ ﺃﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻵﻥ ﻓﺼﺎﻋﺪﺍً‪.‬‬
