In these times of pandemic, I will be able to learn how to be responsible enough to care for my body,

create a workout plan to maintain a healthy wealthy body, manage my time to achieve a productive
week, and become a goal-oriented person.

Prior to the pandemic, I was not used to following a workout routine and did not exercise. Today, as I
created my daily schedule and workout plan, I realized how important it is to be physically fit as well as
mentally and spiritually healthy. Through this plan, I encourage myself to take good care of my body and
motivate myself to complete those physical exercises before the day is over. Being good at time
management can make us healthier because it keeps us from cramming and allows us to have a
productive day every week. As I presented above, aside from having a class, I have this spare time or
free time to insert my work out plan. I know and it is not just me who is having a hard time from
academic works, so in order for me/us to be free from hard time and stress, do some physical fitness
that will help to lessen stress and feel relaxed. I just know that having an organized schedule will also
make us goal-oriented people, because every day you have this ‘mission' that you must complete before
the day ends, and it is quite challenging but worthwhile.

Throughout this activity, I realized that everything needs to be well-planned and, more importantly,
organized. During this vulnerable period, we must be healthy and do something that you are looking
forward to accomplishing, because it is best that we see some progress from ourselves in all aspects,
and we can consider that to be our greatest achievement.
