    Black Mirror Response

    I think "Nosedive" is a cautionary tale about how society can be too focused on social

    approval. The main character, Lacie, was always trying to be perfect to get high ratings

    from others. The app in the episode was interesting, but also scary because it showed how

    much people cared about their ratings. It made me think about how social media and

    online platforms already affect our society in similar ways, with people always looking for

    likes and followers.

    If the app from "Nosedive" was real, I wouldn't want to use it. It could be good for

    connecting with others, but it could also be bad for seeking validation. The episode shows

    how important it is to focus on real connections and not just on getting approval from

    others.
