Lesson Description/Summary:
In this lesson, students will learn about cutting out their pattern for their pajama pants project. Students will
practice using the iron and sewing machine safely.
Objective(s)
Students will evaluate the fabric grain and prepare the fabric for cutting and sewing.
Students will lay out a pattern and properly pin it to the fabric.
Students will cut out fabric pieces.
Students will transfer pattern markings to fabric.
